In a bold step toward strengthening Nigeria’s real estate ecosystem, the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV), Lagos State Branch, has initiated a strategic partnership with Adron Homes and Properties. The courtesy visit, led by NIESV Lagos Chairman, ESV Tosin Kadiri, to the Adron Group Headquarters, underscored the growing need for collaboration between real estate developers and professional estate managers to accelerate housing delivery in Nigeria.

Welcoming the NIESV delegation, the Group Chairman of Adron Homes, Sir Aare Adetola Emmanuelking (KOF), a distinguished member of the Institute, shared the inspiring journey that gave rise to Adron Homes. He recalled how his early experiences in estate management shaped his vision to go beyond building houses to creating lasting communities and sustainable cities.

“Adron Homes was not born out of convenience, but of a calling,” Aare Emmanuelking said. “The real estate sector is filled with challenges, but vision, resilience, and determination set true developers apart. We are not just building houses; we are building enduring communities.”

Aare Emmanuelking further highlighted Adron Homes’ innovative use of the labelling theory in estate development, where each estate is uniquely themed to reflect cultural and geographic inspiration. Coupled with heavy investment in infrastructure, this approach has positioned Adron Homes as a visionary and futuristic leader in Nigeria’s real estate industry.

Speaking on behalf of the visiting delegation, NIESV Lagos Chairman, ESV Tosin Kadiri, applauded Adron Homes for its monumental footprint across the nation. He stressed the need for a structured partnership between the Institution and Adron Homes, noting that such collaboration would enhance professional integration in the industry.

“We believe NIESV members can benefit from the vast structures and opportunities that Adron Homes has created,” Kadiri stated.

The NIESV Cooperative Society Chairman proposed a collaborative housing scheme, suggesting that Adron Homes dedicate zones within its estates for NIESV members to develop bespoke properties aligned with their professional aspirations. He emphasized that this initiative could merge Adron’s vision with NIESV’s expertise in estate and facility management to deliver world-class housing solutions.

Responding, Aare Adetola Emmanuelking warmly embraced the proposals, expressing optimism about the future of the collaboration.

“This administration brings renewed energy, and we are eager to deepen our relationship with NIESV Lagos in meaningful and strategic ways,” he said. “We welcome partnerships with professionals whose values align with our mission of sustainable and inclusive real estate development.”

The high-powered meeting was attended by key NIESV executives, including Vice-Chairman ESV Ayodeji Odeleye and Honorary Secretary ESV Olaseni Lojede. Adron Homes’ top management was also present, including Managing Director Adenike Ajobo, Group Company Secretary Shola Orunmuyiwa, and Deputy Managing Director of Business Investment, Chitola Roberts.

The engagement ended on a promising note, with both institutions reaffirming their commitment to building a collaborative future for Nigeria’s real estate industry.

With visionary leaders like Aare Adetola Emmanuelking driving strategic partnerships and sustainable development, the future of Nigeria’s housing sector continues to shine brighter than ever.
